Entering the Gate
Staying in a gated community adds another level of safety and security for our guests. Before arriving at The Plantation, you should have received the necessary information from your rental agency or property owner needed for check-in. They will issue you a Rental Agreement 2026 The Gate Entrance & Security document outlines the protocols and measures implemented to ensure the safety and security of the premises. It details the access control procedures at the gate entrance, emphasizing the importance of identification verification for all individuals entering the facility. The document serves as a guideline for maintaining a secure environment while facilitating authorized access. Compliance with these security measures is mandatory for all personnel and visitors. that you must sign and return. They will then register you at the gatehouse and provide a packet of information. All members of your party must be listed on the Rental Agreement so that everyone is registered. Unregistered individuals will be turned away.
As part of the reservation process, you will pay a $100 entrance fee directly to your rental agency or property owner. They are responsible for collecting the fee and forwarding the signed Rental Agreement to the Security Gate. Avoid delays at the Security Gate by ensuring you provide all the necessary documents to your rental agency or property owner before your arrival.
